first post - hope to learn alot

Hi all. I used to drive a 2007 trailblazer, switched into a 2011 3-series after graduating college. In an effort to save some money i am going to be going back to the tb for a bit when my BMW lease is up. Looking to make it a more enjoyable ride, looks wise, and some light off-roading. Considering im driving this for a while to save money for a wedding and house (would be in a new silverado if i could be) im not looking to break the bank on upgrades. i was thinking BDS lift - wheel spacers - biggest tires i can squeeze on there - and maybe an LED light bar of some sort. I hope to learn alot here and get some good advise and guidance for my build. Thanks guys!

Welcome. I just let some guy know how slow his 3-series was this afternoon. The great thing about the Trailblazer is I can park really close to the guys who park all sideways over the line in the parking lot.
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

hahahaha no worries im not "that guy"... im actually very excited to get started and dont know what to do first (my lease isnt even up til october) hahaha. Thinking small odds and ends first like HIDs, new head unit (already replaced speakers with infinity) and weathertech mats.

so been looking around and even before i signed up my goal was to get to 33s. If i were to run BDS with fox shocks + markmc 1/2in spacer up front would that be all i need? Or would i need Z71 springs in rear and some taller spring up front?

You can go that route with 33s, you're still gonna have to cut the fenders though. Hell, with a half inch spacer and 89s you can fit 35s with some cutting. Fishsticks posted that a long while back and nobody has copied him.
You'll probably want some kind of spring or spacer in the rear to level it out.
