Well, it looks like I will take over the wifes 2007 LT. SO I am selling the 2003 LS as she sits and starting fresh with the 07.

Anyway, MMC 3" lift, 1.5 spacers with 265/75/16 Wild Country XTX's that only have about 4k on them. Cluster completely rebuilt so everything works! 114.5k on the clock, runs excellent and drive great too. Couple door dings but no damage otherwise. Paint is good, replaced all 4 sway bar links, auto headlights and aftermarket keyless entry as this didnt come with it stock. It is a great rig and I wouldnt hesitate to drive it coast to coast tomorrow. Interior is in great shape too. Non G80, 373 gears.

$6,000 obo

Have you listed it on CL? If you haven't done so you might also check the prices of others in your area to make sure you are in line

Yep, price check done to insure this. I get plenty of hits on CL but they are all a scam so far. When people email offers without ever seeing/driving a rig and then you ask the to bring their "cash" and meet you at the bank they never respond. Had I guy come up to the house Sunday and the only question he had was "how cheap will you go". Didnt want me to open the door or start it, when I said I was asking a fair price he just walked away without saying a word.

Truth is, out here on the west coast new payments are so cheap that used cars just are not selling well. I have a little time, I dont mind giving a fair deal but not going to give it away either. :lurk:

Where on the west coast are you? That makes a big difference as well. Here in Vegas they are only going for around $4-5K, granted you have low miles for an 03.

Portland. Average price for stock with the average 130k on them is about $5900. I am supprised at how many have rebuilt titles as well. Yep, where you are makes a big difference for sure. Especially since we dont salt the roads here!

The year makes a big difference as well. I guess it depends where you are in the Portland area. My in-laws live up in Clatskanie and the Longview area and they are not that expensive.

Actually as of this moment there are 10 listed on CL for Clark/Cowlets county which is the area you refer to. Cheapest is 5k with 160,000 miles, 3 are EXT versions with over 150,000 and there is even an SS for 21k. So pricing is alll over the place. But, one thing is consistant in that they all have many more miles and many are the EXT.

At the end of the day these things are only worth what someone will pay. KBB and CL are certainly not the end all be all of price setting. But good discussion is always helpful and I appreciate that others are looking around to see what is happening in other areas.

Besides, DirtyBacon offered $300! and an autograph! how could I turn that down? :excited:

Remember, as well, that most people are really just looking on CL to find a super deal. At least, that's what Ive found. Most don't want to pay for what something is actually worth.

Check autotrader.com and see how much it costs for you to put a small ad on there. It might sell quicker.

FWIW, I've seen this TB with my own two eyes. It's clean. I think he's in the ballpark with his asking price.

People in this area are trying to get $3000-4000 for their 250k+ mile 4runners with headgasket issues. CL is a silly place.
I own too many vehicles now. Let's leave it at that.
