The before after bending back the radiator mount from some trail bashing..
Test Fit...
Removed skid and oil skid to cut oil down fit better and allow for removal when changing oil while leaving radiator skid in place.

Finally got the rear brushguard cut and welded and drilled to fit in with the 3 inch body lift...

The front rad skid is incredible...Probably stronger than the frame. Plenty of mounting points. Just need a nice day to drop it and paint it up to keep it from rusting, but I am a lot more comfortable for offrado with the vitals covverd.
The rear hurts the departure angle some, but will keep brush and trees and small things...other idiot drivers...from beating up the rear. Plus I already had it, so why not use it.

Yes, I am... This is the prototype that I posted pictures of, on my TB, several months ago... We just mounted it on his, and welded the 2 pieces together... I've just got to make the changes to the blank, and we'll be close to good to go...

With the body lift, the tow hooks won't go through the bumper in the right spot... That one doesn't have the second holes and cutouts for the recessed part of the tow hooks, though, as it's the prototype from several months ago...

I don't have the factory tow hooks and never did. I have a couple different sets, but have been waiting to find the right spot to mount them. I just run a shorter tow strap through the round crossmember of the frame, so it spans both rails, then a long one when needed. I could do it with the bumper cover on, but have not yet. i plan to not run the bumper cover or factory steel piece offroad for the most part. But more things will change here that it is warming up.
I am hoping to get out and test it soon, but I definitely need to paint it up for rust prevention asap. Life is rediculously busy right now, but I ought to be able to find something to slide it over.

I wanted to pick some up at first, but with all the modifications I had and was doing, I figured it wasn't worth it. I got to settle on a front bumper setup before I drill more holes in the frame. Hell half the truck is prototype of some sort, so factory would be out of place.

Do you have chafe guards for the corners? That tube has a fairly sharp corner on it, right?

Nope. I will just use one of my other straps if it starts to rip or shred. I don't get stuck enough to worry about it. I wrapped the frame rail the last time I pulled someone since i had the stinger bumper on. Plenty of ways to hook a strap without hooks if you really need to. I would rather wrap the frame than use a hook if possible. I don't plan to ever have my front bumper plastic on is a situation where I would need anything more than a minor tug. If I do, it will be sacraficed without hesitation.
Shackles and hooks are fine, but knowledge is far more important.
