Checking in from Delaware

Greetings!! I've been lurking for awhile but only recently have spent many hours studying the different TB builds and mods.

Long story quick:
* GF had a 2002 Trailblazer LS, bought in new 02. Every time it needed work I would search the net in seek of information and every time I ended up on TrailVoy or here (OffroadTB). Well the last couple a years shes been wanting a new vehicle so two week ago she walked onto a Jeep lot and fell in love with a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. After a bit of getting organized she made it happen and drove off with her new ride. But when the dealer offered 1K on the trade-in for the TB I said :finger: the dealer I'll keep it.

* Goal is to get rid of that soccer mom look and focus towards an Expedition rig

So here it is stock, complete with dented fender & door. Oh and my boy ButlerDog.

Welcome! It has the long wheel base, you should of plenty of room for expedition gear! :coffee2:
The problem with the Trailblazer is, people think you know what you're doing.

Welcome! It'll be interesting to see what direction you decide to go for an EXT Expedition rig. All that extra room will certainly come in handy!

Big tires and lift are the only things that shake the mom mobile looks of the EXT. SWB can get away with looking tough with just newer tires. Welcome!
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

To be honest I never paid much attention :scratch:about it being an EXT. I always thought it was just an LT. But after looking at a few of the builds here I see the different. Call it "Trailblazers For Dummies"

My work can sometimes take me 1000 + miles from home so it will need to stay road ready but when it's time to head off the beaten path I need to be self sufficient and confident I can make it home ok.
