Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Forgot to introduce myself :oP

New members: please introduce yourself here.

I forgot that I needed to make my introduction thread, better late than never. My name is Cody, I live in Central NY.... no not the city nor anywhere near the asshole of NY as we like to refer to it up here. I'm 24 and I like getting lost in remote locations of my state away from civilization. I guess the sound of Loon calls and Whippoorwills is more soothing than car alarms, domestic violence and fighting in line at Wal-mart. I have some off road experience as one of my ex's and I built a custom dune buggy with an old VW air cooled engine. Its wasn't 4 wheel drive but took on mud pits and some light trail fun. I have knack for always wanting to learn more and love to do R&D, which is why I do fabrication with some close friends on the side for some extra cash and pleasure. I am not here to be a vendor at said time, this is my pleasure vehicle for my own enjoyment and do some R&D to improve my own TB where others may have failed. Thanks for all the info thus far I have found on this site. :excited:

Your introduction thread is late... this is unacceptable.

Consider yourself banned. :angry whip:

Welcome to the site, if your into doing what most have not your in the right place, I for one know that I am the only lifted TB in my city shoot there isn't many in my state for that matter and the ones that are you will most likely find on here that's for sure. If you have any questions feel free to ask but please don't be scared of the search button.

As far as mods, I am slowly growing a little collection of goodies as I get some spare change.

Going to try and jump on the MarkMc bandwagon with body and suspension lift, HD Bilsteins, 17 or 16" wheels and 33" tires. Probably going to make my own front bumper/winch combo or purchase one of he forum vendors and add my own little touch to it.

Going to run to my local PNP to see if I can find some front suspension components. I want to try and re-design a few pesky stupid things.

Other than that, we'll see how far I was to travel down this rabbit hole and how many things start breaking.
