Glad to find this site. I've had my 2003 TB LT for three years and it is stock with the only addition being factory mud guards. I use it as my daily driver and also quite a bit on forest service roads in the Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges east and west of Puget Sound. The mountain roads range from smooth gravel to very rough and rocky ones and elevations up to near 7000 feet. It's great to be able to share ideas on the vehicle with other TB owners and learn from their experience. I'm a fair backyard mechanic and have done quite a bit of work on my vehicles since the early 70's. I get much satisfaction from doing my own repairs and maintenance, including saving a lot of money and learning how car systems work.

Welcome from a guy with an almost identical background! Used to live in Beaverton until a job beckoned in San Diego. Wish I could retire now and move back to Oregon. Lots of wheeling up there, and people to do it with.

Welcome. I'm south of you in Vancouver.
I own too many vehicles now. Let's leave it at that.
