Outside Rearview Mirror Signal Lights

My 04 TB has a slot on both rearview mirrors to insert signal litghts. I just want to know if they are already prewired for signal lights. Also I need to know if anyone knows where I can purchase them from. Thanks for your help.

How about introduce yourself first. And use the search button. That has been gone over many times.
