Newbie from AZ but n Afghan

New members: please introduce yourself here.

Hey been on the site for some time now but really did not want to post cause I had a 2002 2WD Trailblazer sitting on 33's I did not feel like I really belong posting on here, but now as of OCT 1st I will be starting a brand new build all over again from start to finish and gong to try to do thing that aint no one else has. I will be going to Tucson for my R&R it a easy run or 2leave if and Members would like to meet, but I am picking up my 2002 4WD Trailblazer EXT to build. So if you want to meet up let me know. I will post pics of MY 2WD beast when I get on my computer, but till then I will post my new beauty.

Dont be ashamed, esp if your on 33's let see some pics!

Looks like they have quite the assortment of TB's there, whats making you choose the EXT instead of the short wheel base? Just curious. Congrats!

found a new pic lol but, so yea, but I like the EXT cause of the space and room it gets a little cramped in SWB when you going camping with you girl, her dog. and all of your gear plus towing a jeep behind you. but now that I got a 4WD trailblazer but other trucks are gone as soon s I get home on leave. The first pic is about well I think almost 2 years old now lol, but there's my soon to be gone beast lol :flex dirty:

Welcome aboard!! What kind of plans do you have in store for the 4x?

Arizona has a ton of great offloading locations. Can't wait to see some pics :flex dirty:

Yea i am stationed there and AZ does have a lot of places but not to many i am going to be able to hit up by my self in less I can get a friend to install all the lift kits going on it so all I got to do is just install the wheel spacers, and new rims and tires. but will try to put up my list I got it on a different computer, so in the next few hours it should be up I hope

No reason a well built 4X2 can't run with the 4X4's on most of the trails with a good driver. Enjoy your ride.

I dissagree. Put a locker in the rear with the same lift, a winch and pick your lines and you'll go to 75-80% of the places folks take a 4X4. :flex dirty: :poke:

it has a G80 in the back lol, truck me some places in AZ MTN's you need 4WD lol

Welcome! Can I have the rear axle out of your EXT? I have a well seasoned 8" to trade you for it. :mrgreen:

i loved it when i wheeled Arizona a lot of places in Benson ,St David,Sierra Vista area to go .
Ever get a chance find some of them that go to the Dragoon Mountains its cool .

Yep. Required during winter, at least in the north.

well first of all the G80 is in the 2wd that I am trading in. lol sorry man you just going to have to buy it off of me or find it at the auction lol

well I will be back in the start of OCT that's when I will be getting my new EXT. as for rock crawling in it......l.. well lol aint going g to happen with no lift, and I don't know if it has a G80 in it yet.

G80 aint needed for the winter lol, you just got to know how to drive lol

I meant the 4WD, there's plenty of snow in the mountains up here.
