Hello from Canada,
I have purchased my first Trailblazer, a 2006 EXT.
I moved to Canada from the UK / France where I drove Land Rover Defenders and Discovery's.
My aim / goal is to create a Trailblazer that is as good as the Land Rover....
It has to be able to tow boats, act as a rescue / recovery vehicle and to be a family hauler.
It has already been put through its passes with the -38°C temperatures and the snow......
Most of all I enjoy driving it......
I look forward to all your comments and ideas.

Welcome! You picked a solid platform for those goals. A common place to start is the Build Thread section. Lots of reading will reveal lots of options.

as long as it has more then 80000 miles it will have any Land Rover beat, every one we get in here has a bad engine :mechanic: . Maybe they make them better for Europe. Walcome to the family though. :friday:

Hey guys, thanks for the welcomes.....
Land's aren't that bad......... If I can i'll try and get a photo or two up of my old one.
The picture from James is across the river downtown, and we get some spectacular northern lights...
It does get fairly cold up here, so lets see what happens.
Thanks once again

Well Andy, that area has some beautiful national parks. Don't know much about the off-roading, but we have some Canadian friends that avid travelers and are always sending pictures of the region.

WOW! :excited:

Why would you ever give that up? Down here, a restored and built one, legally imported, can be $100K!
