Welcome, I'm probably your closest neightbor in El Dorado Hills. About 1 hours's drive east. My TB is basically stock and I hope to have some moderate mods by next summer. We should get together and try out some of the lighter trails up the hill (Hwy 50).

sounds great, I also have some light trails that we can do around here. however the scenery is far better up there where you are. I am a wildland firefighter so I have spent some time in your neck of the woods. I think we should plan a trail day sometime. :woot:

Awsome. I'm hoping to get out before the trout season ends. Do you flyfish? Was thinking of an over nighter maybe this next month. Let me work on the calendar and I'll let you know. Anyone else in the Sacramento/ Bay area interested?

I fish as much as I can but I have never fly fished, I have been interested in trying it out though. I am open next month unless something unexpected comes up. Also we should move this or have it moved(not sure of the process) to the upcoming trip section were people see trips being planned this way we also could get credit tword so type of trail rating. But it would mostly be so people looking to join a trip know we are planning one ya know?

I've never flyfished before, and haven't fished in over a decade, but I'm down here in the Bay Area (Hayward)... Put me in the loop if you're planning a light trail thing, I'm always in Truckee it seems doing some photography stuff for railroads and whatnot. There's some trails there that aren't bad either.

Hey Steven, Look in the Trail Rides/Trip sub forum. We are planning a west coast trip in a few weeks. It would be great to have you join.
