now for off-road vehicles----tires cannot come out further than your fenders, Stinger bumpers are a hit and miss though-----we get inspected on Military post by civilian that specializes on German rules---also sound test as well on your exhaust, must have cats in, two front windows will not have any tint, and the list goes on....
TIRES-----The minimum legal tire tread depth for Germany is 1.6mm, although ADAC recommends 4mm for winter driving. Other countries have more stringent requirements – Austrian law mandates 4mm minimum tread depth for winter tires, and other European countries have distinct winter driving laws as well. MUST have MS(mud and snow) symbol---------

Haha I know know and we have much more no turn marker lights in red...
All I can say welcome in Germany my friend!
It will be interesting to see your Trailblazer with some german TÜV approved bumpers ;-)
I had some problems getting the waag center guard street legal with the winch on, but at least it could be done!
Hope to see some pictures with mods from you.
