Any guess on how many hours that took to finish? I am gonna start saving now to possible do a SAS in the future now that there is someone with experience actually doing it.

Worked great, I have a few bugs to work out, but overall it was great for a first trip.
Time: i spent many hours before I even bought the TB, then id say an average of 4 hours a day for 2 months...
So maybe 250 hours plus planning.

250 hours is crazy...I will have to wait at least a year or two when i have some more disposable income to be able to work something up. I gotta say thank you for all the detail you put into the thread. It definitely helps with figuring out how to do this.

I know... and I had someone offer to GIVE me a DD D44 this weekend after seeing my rig... but I remember what you said about the D44/oil pan issue.
Plus I'm not even half the fabricator you are.
