Must be nice, but that same bill could not be paid off, looking or not, by many people. There is the vast difference.

I can spend $50 on fuel/supplies and spend weeks in the woods wheeling, relaxing, camping, fishing, hunting, and shooting within a few miles of home. I can go to Tecore for $500 and have a hectic couple days of driving and a little relaxing and some wheeling/backroading.

Tecore affects several months of budgets with only having one income and a child. Previously I did not miss the opportunity, but life has changed and I accept that, in fact I relish it. An hour with my girls is worth a dozen with the truck.

Kid/s = always shelling out $$$ all the time at every turn and life is planning around them and the cash you have. IMHO parents plans and wants/needs become lower priority by default no way around it and some times they get axed all together in favor of the kids. That is what happens with having the responsible for a new life.

Bingo. The rewards of a child are worth it enough I signed on for another around Halloween.

yup, for me TECORE is a rare opportunity for me to get away. There's not much of anything that much closer that I've ran across, so I save up for months to afford it with no impact to my budget. If I got to take sick days or whatever, then I do, cause there's no other opportunities in my area that I'm aware of and I don't ever take any other time off.

If I was Kyle I'd go to the jamboree, especially when faced with a one hour drive instead of a twelve hour drive. But that's just me.

Well, the recent purchase won't be a problem! AJ (hotness) bought it from me so Nicole can go off roading with him again!

I kind of forgot the date is the same week my folks are coming to visit. Can't leave my wife with my folks while pregnant. You know, for the babies health. LOL

No, I said making yourself broke was a lame excuse. To which a bunch of you cried about how you can't control life's circumstances and boo hoo. To which I replied with the crying smilie.

Please feel free to explain to me how to not be poor. I need your assistance since it is apparently preventable. I did not realize you knew my current or past life situations intimately enough to make judgments like that, but being as you do... help me.
