Did you relocate your front bumper? The steel bumper enforcment needs to be relcated after a body lift.

Did you trim the 3 vents on the bottom of the bumper cover enough? If you did all the trimming on the steel bumper and relocated that properly, the cover will literally go right back on. The side circular tabs just need a quick jab to pop back into their respectful retainers on the bumper cover.

If you can be more specific with what doesn't line up right, we might be able to be more specific with things to check!

I believe you have to pull them out a little, an back towards the wheel well pretty firm and let them slide forward into position.

Push harder...I had to give mine a good slap with my hand to get them to lock back into place.

it slides in but then pops out and wont stay in. I think it maybe because I cut the wings off the of the bumper so its not supported on the outsides.

when I trimmed the 3 vents in the front, It seemed I was almost to the point of cutting them out before everything would line up. One of my side snap pieces came off so I just used sheet metal screws to basically screw the bumper cover to the fender liner to hold it in place.

Just give in and get a steel bumper... that solves everything! :)

Well, if you push the tabs in on the sides, and they lock in and then pop off, then it stands to reason there's something pushing forward on the sides. The problem is that there's not really anything over there.

my problem was not getting enough trim on the vents. Them pushing up from the bottom would make the sides pop out.

I'm pretty sure that the frame is pushing the bottom of the bumper out like Navigator said.

Shdwdrgn I wish I had the money I would totally get a Steel Bumper.

then you gotta trim more. Generally, as mentioned, you gotta virtually completely remove the vents.

BTW, if you use something like an angle grinder, be very careful of that hot plastic that is flying off :-)
Also, I think mine was more hitting the radiator skid vs the bumper mounting. I'm running the Zone 2" BL.
