New "Truck Discussion" Subforum

[Trail X]

This new subforum will be for non-off-road discussion, but for topics that relate to the Trailblazer/Envoy. I noticed a lot of these topics in the off-topic lounge, and realized we needed a little more separation between the two.

I moved the topics that I felt were appropriate here, and left the off-topic stuff in the Lounge.
