Any difference between the two Z71 springs?

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

I just ordered a pair of Z71 springs from Ebay GM Part #25978750 and in the picture they only have 1 of the blue bands on the springs and all of the pics I have seen in this forum have 2 blue bands on them. Is there any difference between these and the GM Part #15234633 springs?

The blue bands are just there to prevent wear when the coils compress into each other.

I don't think I'd worry much if they just had a single band. Could possibly just make a small clank when the coils compress... but I doubt it.

IIRC they are the same thing, one is just the newer part number.

I peeled my blue bands off to make sure they didn't rub anything, with no huge clanging when the coils touch. The Z71 springs are progressive.
