Looking for advice on tires

Need new shoes? This is the place to discuss.

In the next month or 2 I'm gonna be getting some tires. I did some searching and I'm down to 2 different tires. I read some of you have the treadwright guard dogs and like them. I did searches for the dick cepek mud country but nothing came up. Those are the 2 tires I was looking at. Anyone had any exp with the dick cepeks? Likes dislike? That sort of thing.

Have heard good things and the old school cepeks were awesome. Only seen a couple newer cepeks in action and they work. I like them and will consider them when I purchase new.
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

I like the side lugs on the mud country and the price isn't bad. But they are still $100 more then the treadwright. I was leaning more towards the cepeks cause it's a new tire compared to the retreads. Not that there's anything wrong with the retreads.
